| I head back to Searcy in about 6 hours. I can't believe it has already been 2 weeks since school ended. I am get excited about camp, but I'm more sad than I have ever been about leaving. I don't know why, but I really wish 2 weeks could have stretched out a little longer. My mom and I calculated the other night that since the day after I graduated last May, I've been home for 7 weeks total. It's crazy to think about. I just really enjoyed the time with everyone in Texas. Welp, it'll be 10 weeks until I'm back. I'll be in good ol' Searcy at Camp Wyldewood. I love you all and I pray God blesses your summers.

| Finally home. Finals ended Thursday, thank goodness. I made it through the semester. I got home earlier this evening. I just have to say its not the smartest idea to get 4 hours of sleep the night before you have to drive 9 hours. I made it despite the lack of sleep safe and sound. I have two weeks here with my family before going back to Searcy for camp. It's going to be a nice break. I am tickled at the thought of relaxing. It's seemed like a foreign concept this semester. I can't wait to remember how wonderful it feels. I'm so thankful to be home. The Lord is good.

| I survived "dead week!" I was pretty happy. It has been a long, difficult, stressful week, but it's over! All I have left is 4 finals stretched across 4 days. If you didn't catch that, that is merely one final a day! I'm excited. I'm really ready for a break from school. I want to go home, but I honestly am the most excited about not having school for a good while. I hope you all do fabulous on finals! Be blessed!

| Life is crazy. Mine has been kind of busy the past few weeks. Life is wonderful despite that amounts of homework. I am so thankful that I'm done with Chemistry after these next two weeks. It has consumed too much of my time this year. I don't like the feeling that a silly subject is becoming an idol in my life. I just keep thinking only a week more of tons of chemistry and then I'm done. I can do this. It's silly, but I can' t wait until finals week. Sure I'll have to study, but I will also have a lot of free time. 5 days isn't too long. I can do this.
So I forgot to mention this a while ago.. Kevin and I are officially dating. When my parents were here over Easter, my dad, Arvil(Sadie and Maggie's dad), Daniel and Kevin went golfing. While they were gone, Kevin talked to my dad and asked for my dad's permission to date me. My dad told him yes along with some other silly stuff. So later that night, Kevin took me on a walk and asked me if I would want to date him. And relucantly I said yes...hehe justs kidding. That boy makes me so happy. We proceeded to go to his band banquet the next weekend and we had to dress up in formals and what not. Which I love to dress up, so I was excited.
A few pictures from the banquet..

Have a blessed week. Lean on the Lord and He will keep us strong.

| Life has been busy. My family came and visisted me this weekend. What a joy and blessing that was! I love and miss them so much! It was nice to see them even if it was only for a short while. School is definitely picking up its pace and my professors are loading me down with things to do. I'm really looking forward to a summer break. I'm looking forward to camp, but I'm really looking forward to the two weeks I have in between school and camp that I have absolutely no commitments. I can hardly wait to kick back and relax. I'm looking forward to catching up on sleep and spending time on my beloved beach! I can't get ahead of myself though. I still have three weeks of school and finals left. I'm just working on getting through this day by day.
I know I've been down lately, but I try to supress that while I'm around people. I don't really have an explanation why I've been down though. I think I'm just getting weighed down with school. I really need to rely on God more, which is easier said than done. I know He'll pick me back up. I just have to put my trust in Him.
I love you all!
